Our fitness program helps encourage and motivate you mentally, physically and how to survive the STORM. Sometimes the hardest STORMS to get through in life are the ones your soul needs the most. Day: Tuesday - Time: 7:30pm - Duration: 45 minutes
This class helps introduce another way to keep up with those booty gains. Wynter Storm Fitness glute class is an effective and fun way to target and strengthen your glute muscles, improve lower body strength and work towards achieving a toned and sculpted booty! This class welcomes all genders and fitness levels!

If you’re looking for a workout class that’ll push you beyond your limits, then this is the class for you! Block Party is a fun, high intense workout class on cinder blocks. This class will mentally and physically challenge you in a positive way. This class welcomes all genders!

The quiet storm

MOBILITY TRAINING
Day: Friday - Time: 6:30pm - Duration: 45 minutes
Mobility training is a range of exercises designed to increase your range-of-motion, control muscles surrounding each joint, and help you move more actively. It is also a great alternative for active rest! The class will include static stretching and singing bowl mediation. The Quiet Storm is to help your spirit recharge mentally, physically and spiritually. Also, to help you improve & create more flexibility in your muscles.

This is a 4 week training program which is 3x a week for a month. The scheduled training days are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. You will have the option to choose between training times 7am or 6:30pm. This program includes strength training, weightlifting, HIIT circuit exercises and more. The duration of each session is an hour. Highly recommend this program for individuals looking to challenge their limits and are willing to learn new fitness techniques!

Core Crusher Wednesday is a fun packed 45 minutes Ab class designed to tone, build and strengthen the abdominal muscles. Core Crusher uses various skills and techniques to target the core muscles, including floor routines, standing exercises and many more!
